Property search
Quickly find a property by postcode, house number, street, source, campaign, tag or notes. Search filters as you type.

KPI Reporting

Backup & restore
Export a full JSON backup of the app data, restore from a previous backup file, or clear test data after a forced backup.
Export full backup
Downloads a JSON file containing the core database tables and relationships. A recent download is required before bulk delete is enabled.
Bulk delete is locked until a fresh backup is downloaded.
Restore from backup
This replaces the current app data with the selected backup. Download a fresh backup before restoring.
Delete all test/app data
Use this after testing when you want to clear the database and start clean. This deletes campaigns, tags, properties, touchpoints, property events and audit logs. User accounts and active sessions are preserved so you do not lock yourself out.

v1.2 operating approach
This app remains the high-volume cold-target and postal-campaign log. HubSpot should only receive responders, high-priority opportunities or franchise submissions.
